Andrey has been with IJM for 18 years working in countries including India, Philippines, and Thailand. Over this time, low skill jobs have attracted migrant workers who want a better life for their family only to be enslaved and trafficked in industries such as agriculture, manufacturing and fishing. By strengthening local justice systems, not only will offenders be held accountable but there will be less crime and more protection for the most vulnerable. Andrey also shares insights on how IJM raises funds and creates key partnerships for this important work.
