As President & Partner at Drive, she ensures that workforce accommodations, or camps, offer high-quality, home-like environments for the men and women spending extensive periods away from their families. Luticia's dedication also extends to her involvement with the First Nations Major Projects Coalition, an organization she admired even before joining. Her work is a testament to her respect and appreciation for the hard work and sacrifice of these essential workers.
